Albert Ellis's "Anger: How to Live With and Without It" did the job for me. I was mad as Hell at a friend, and I couldn't figure out how to get past it. The previous reviewer took exception to Ellis's use of the term "irrational belief," and condemned the book.
He was unable to think he might have an irrational belief/5(9). I am polarized about this book because it might be and may have served the purpose of what the title says "Anger: How to Live with and Without It" but at the end it just does in theorized way not in a practical way where one doesn't remember or recall the lessons and the wordings when in anger or angst.4/5.
